Pear Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. buttermilk
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. chopped fresh pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar.
    Add eggs, beating well.
    Mix in buttermilk, then flour and other dry ingredients.
    Fold in pears and vanilla.
    Pour batter into four greased 5 x 3-inch loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
