Tourtieres - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. ground pork
4 tsp. salt
1 onion, chopped small
2 Tbsp. cloves
Preparation

Cook on top of stove for 1 1/2 hours.
Just cover with water. The cloves should be in a small bag.
Let entire mixture cool off. When cool, place in a pie crust shell and cook in the oven for 1/2 hour at 400\u00b0.
A French-Canadian recipe.
Makes 4 pies.
