Chicken In A Basket - cooking recipe
Ingredients

boneless chicken breast
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
Buddig beef
1 small container sour cream
Preparation

Place beef on top of chicken pieces and roll.
Put toothpick through center to hold it together.
Place all chicken, once it has been rolled, in casserole dish.
Mix cream of mushroom soup, cream of celery soup and sour cream together.
Pour over the chicken.
Bake at 275\u00b0 for 3 hours.
