Easy Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1/3 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 egg
1 can mushroom gravy
2 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation

Mix first 6 ingredients together and form into oblong patties. Brown in shortening; drain.
Add the mushroom gravy and simmer for 20 minutes.
Serves 4.
