Holiday Breakfast Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. coconut
    2 c. dried bananas
    1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
    Beat eggs and oil; add to flour mixture.
    Add pecans, coconut, bananas, pineapple and vanilla.
    Pour into 2 greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour to 1 hour and 20 minutes.
