Fresh Apple Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cooking oil
2 c. white sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. peeled, chopped apples
1/2 c. nuts (pecans)
1 c. raisins
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3 c. plain flour
Preparation

Cream oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Then add apples, nuts and raisins.
In another bowl, mix flour, salt, soda and cinnamon, then add to wet mixture.
Bake in a greased and floured tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
