Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 fresh large mushrooms per person
    mayonnaise
    bread crumbs
    Cheddar cheese, grated
    paprika
Preparation
    Wash and de-stem mushrooms. Stuff the mushrooms with a mixture of mayonnaise, bread crumbs and Cheddar cheese.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Broil the mushrooms 5 to 8 minutes.
    Serve hot.
