Angel Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped pecans
    8 oz. Cool Whip
    23 Ritz crackers or 20 saltine crackers
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Mix sugar, salt and baking powder; add to egg whites slowly and beat until it peaks.
    Crush crackers and fold in.
    Add pecans and vanilla.
    Pour into well buttered pie plate.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Cool completely and top with Cool Whip.
