Zesty Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. lean roast or stew meat
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can golden mushroom soup
    1 can French onion soup
Preparation
    Rub rib roast with salt, pepper, garlic powder or herbs or your choice.
    Cook covered at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour for each pound of meat, or use meat thermometer until rare.
    Pour drippings over and serve.
