Twice-Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large baking potatoes, baked
    1 tsp. grated onion
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    paprika
    1/4 c. margarine
    3/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    While hot, cut baked potatoes in half lengthwise.
    Scoop out insides; whip potatoes.
    Add margarine.
    Gradually beat in milk. Stir in onion, salt and pepper.
    Spoon back into shells.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
    Sprinkle with paprika and serve.
