Mangoade - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. coarsely chopped ripe mango
1/4 c. sugar or to taste
1 1/2 c. water
1 tsp. grated orange rind
1 1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. lime juice
Preparation

Rub the mango through a sieve. Heat sugar, water and orange rind, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Cool. Add sugar, syrup and fruit juices to the mango puree, stirring well. Refrigerate. Serve in tall glasses over ice. Serves 6 to 8.
