Ritz Cracker Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    22 Ritz crackers, mashed
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Add sugar and vanilla (beat in egg whites).
    Last, blend in Ritz crackers and pecans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes in greased pie pan.
    Serve with whipped cream.
