Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            4 c. diced apples
 
1 c. chopped walnuts (black)
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs (unbeaten)
3/4 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
- 
                            Mix well together.
 
Bake in greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0 or 325\u00b0 for glass dish.
You can put a thin confectioners sugar glaze on warm cake if desired.
