Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
1 1/4 c. chopped pecans
2 slightly beaten eggs
2/3 c. light corn syrup
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

In mixing bowl mix cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla and salt.
Beat until mixture is smooth.
Add 1 egg and beat until mixed well.
Pour the mixture over bottom of unbaked pie shell.
Then layer pecans evenly over mixture.
Set aside.
