Apple Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 stick butter
    4 tart apples, chopped
    1 container Cool Whip
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix pineapple, flour, sugar and butter together.
    Bring to boil; set aside and cool.
    When cool, pour into glass container. Spread with Cool Whip and nuts.
    This is better if made a day ahead.
