Oven Baked Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, cut up or 2 to 3 lb. chicken pieces (skinless)
1 c. Kellogg's corn flake crumbs
1 1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
1/2 c. skimmed milk
Preparation

Combine crumbs and salt.
Dip chicken in milk and coat with crumbs mixture.
Place in single layer on nonstick coating-sprayed baking pan.
Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Do not cover pan or turn chicken while baking.
Serves 6.
