Favorite Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. stew meat (do not brown)
    5 to 6 potatoes, cut to bite size
    6 to 7 carrots, cut to bite size
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 can water
    1 Tbsp. sugar (optional)
    6 stalks celery
    1 onion, sliced
    2 Tbsp. tapioca
Preparation
    Combine ingredients.
    Cover and place in 250\u00b0 oven for 4 hours or simmer in crock-pot for 8 to 10 hours on low or 4 to 5 hours on high.
