Barbecued Country Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

up to 3 lb. country spareribs, trimmed of fat
2 Tbsp. molasses
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. hot sauce
1 small can tomato paste
1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

Thaw and trim country spareribs.
Put 1 tablespoon of salt in quart of water and boil ribs in a covered pot for 1 hour.
Cook slowly over low flame.
Drain water.
Put into shallow roasting pan.
Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
Mix in bowl the molasses, mustard, garlic powder, hot sauce, tomato paste and vinegar.
Pour mixture over spareribs.
Cover.
Place into oven.
Cook until tender, about 1
hour.
