Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. ground beef
    3 Tbsp. Tender Quick salt
    2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
    2 tsp. pepper
    2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 1/2 tsp. hickory smoke salt
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly; cover and refrigerate.
    Knead once daily for 3 days.
    Place in 2 loaf pans and pack down.
    Bake at 150\u00b0 for 10 hours.
    Eat or freeze.
