Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising meal
    3 eggs
    2 Tbsp. chopped bell pepper
    1 c. cream-style corn
    1 c. buttermilk
    3/4 c. Wesson oil
    1 tsp. cayenne pepper
    2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except cheese.
    Pour half of the batter into black iron skillet.
    Top with 1 cup Cheddar cheese.
    Pour rest of batter and top with remainder of the cheese.
    Bake 45 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
