Low Calorie Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    12 oz. tomato juice
    3 c. shredded cabbage
    1/4 c. diced celery
    1/4 c. onion flakes
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    1 can French style green beans
    carrots
Preparation
    Cook together until cabbage and carrots are tender.
