Lemon Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

4 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of cinnamon
1 (9-inch) pie shell, baked
Preparation

Beat eggs and sugar together in a large mixing bowl until light and lemon colored.
Beat in flour, buttermilk, butter, lemon juice and vanilla.
Pour into pie shell.
Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon.
Bake at 375\u00b0 in preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until firm in center.
