Cauliflower Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole cauliflower
1 Tbsp. mustard
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. shredded sharp cheese
1 can French fried onion rings
Preparation

Precook whole cauliflower; drain.
Place in ungreased shallow baking pan.
Combine mayonnaise and mustard.
Spread over top. Sprinkle with shredded cheese, then onion rings.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes, until cheese is melted.
Serves 4 to 5.
