Peach Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can cling peach slices
    1 c. whipping cream
    1 egg yolk
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1/4 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Drain peaches well; cut into pieces.
    Whip cream until slightly thickened; beat in egg yolk.
    Drizzle in honey; continue beating until thick and creamy.
    Fold in peaches and extract. Chill.
    Stir well before serving.
    Yields 1 quart.
