Scallops With Onions And Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. medium scallops
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 c. whipping cream
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. chopped parsley and chives
Preparation
    Rinse scallops thoroughly.
    Heat butter in skillet.
    Stir in curry powder and saute for a minute or so.
    Coat scallops with pinch of salt and pepper.
    Add to skillet and saute, stirring for about 5 minutes until cooked through.
    Rinse and chop up green peppers and onions.
    Saute in skillet until tender.
    Return scallops to skillet and add cream.
    Heat slowly for about 2 minutes.
    Remove.
    Sprinkle chopped parsley and chives over scallops and serve alone or over steamed noodles.
