Dried Beef Pinwheels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. horseradish
    dash of Worcestershire sauce
    2 (2 5/10 oz.) smoked sliced beef or ham
Preparation
    Blend\t cream
    cheese,
    onion,
    horseradish
    and Worcestershire sauce until of spreading consistency.
    Carefully separate
    slices
    of
    beef\tand
    lay
    out
    each slice, slightly overlapping,
    about five across on a clean dish towel.
    Do this for about 3 rows,
    all
    slightly
    overlapping
    until you have a rectangle of meat.\tSpread\twith cheese mixture.
    Roll as for a jelly roll, using the dish\ttowel
    to help bring up all meat at the beginning of the
    roll.
    Press\talong with fingers and roll until completed.
    When cold, use fingers to form a better roll. Just before serving, slice into 1 inch slices.
