Cheese Fondue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. Gruyere cheese or Cheddar cheese
    4 oz. Swiss cheese
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 clove garlic
    1 1/4 c. dry white wine
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 tsp. brandy
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 loaf French bread
Preparation
    Shred cheese.
    Toss with flour; mix flour in.
    Rub bottom of skillet with cut clove of garlic.
    Put wine in pan and heat until bubbling.
    Add lemon juice and gradually add cheese.
    Stir and cook until cheese is melted (low heat).
    Add brandy and seasonings.
    Regulate heat to low setting.
