Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Campbell's cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 chicken or 4 to 5 breasts
    1 stick margarine
    1 pkg. Ritz crackers (about 1/4 large box)
Preparation
    Boil chicken until done; remove bones and cut into small pieces.
    In a 8 x 8-inch baking dish, combine chicken, sour cream and soup.
    Melt margarine in microwave oven and crumble crackers in the margarine.
    Be sure crackers are well coated with margarine. Sprinkle on top of chicken mixture and bake at 325\u00b0 for approximately 25 minutes.
