Beef N' Tater Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 1-lb. pkg. frozen tater tots
2 tsp. instant minced onion
1 10-3/4 oz. can cream of celery soup
1 10-3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Crumble meat in a 2-quart casserole.
Cook in microwave oven on full power for 3 to 4 minutes or until beef is no longer pink. Stir halfway through cooking time.
Drain.
Top with tater tots and onion.
Mix soups together and pour over tater tots.
Bake in microwave oven on full power for 12 to 14 minutes or until heated through, and temperature of 150 degrees is reached.
