Spinach-Beef-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 to 12 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well (really well)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. cooked brown rice
    6 to 8 oz. drained, sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. sour cream and 1/2 c. plain yogurt or 1 c. of either
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. shredded Cheddar
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and drain.
    Add onion and mushrooms and saute 5 minutes.
    Add 1/2 cup of each cheese and rest of ingredients.
    Place in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 to heat through, 20 to 30 minutes.
    Top with remaining cheese.
    Melt.
    Do not overbake.
