Eagle Brand Milk - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. dry milk, powdered
1/3 c. boiling water
2/3 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation

Start a 25 briquette fire.
While it is burning down to a cooking glow, prepare the main course.
Use a 12-inch glass baking dish, about 2-inches deep.
Take 1 1/2 pounds of pork sausage and press into the dish, as if you were making a pie crust.
Avoid thin spots in the sausage.
Break 8 eggs and stir lightly to break yolks.
Pour on top of sausage, taking care not to overfill.
Add hickory wood to the coals and place the dish on the grill.
Close hood.
