Oven-Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 potatoes, scrubbed and cut into chunks (leave skins on)
1 pkg. onion soup mix
2 Tbsp. oil

Preparation

Place dry soup mix and oil into a large Ziploc bag. Knead until soup mix is moistened with oil. Add potatoes. Shake well until potato cubes are well coated. Spray a 9 x 13 pan with Pam. Pour potatoes into pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
