Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6-7 Peeled Potatoes - In Chunks
    2 Med Onions Chopped
    1 Stalk Celery Chopped
    Pepper
    1-13 oz. Can Evaporated Milk
    4 Strips Bacon- fried crisp then break up
    Chopped Chives
    2 Tbsp. Salt
    1 Carrot - pare and grate
    4 Chicken Bouillon cubes
    1 Tbsp. Parsley Flakes
    1/3 Cup Butter
Preparation
    In large sauce pan add 5 cups water and bouillon cubes.
    After frying bacon, remove bacon grease.
    Use butter in frying pan. Saute all vegetables EXCEPT potatoes in frying pan.
    Cook potatoes in water and bouillon cubes.
    Add sauteed vegetables until potatoes are done.
    During the last 15 minutes, add the evaporated milk.
