Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

3/4 stick margarine
5 Tbsp. flour
4 c. milk
2 1/2 to 3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
Preparation

Melt margarine; add flour.
Cook 5 minutes slowly.
Heat milk; add slowly to margarine and flour.
Stir constantly.
Add cheese; cook slowly.
