Company Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
1 lb. ground beef
5 Tbsp. butter
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1 Tbsp. or more green peppers, chopped
Preparation

Cook noodles according to package directions.
Brown ground beef in 3 tablespoons of butter.
Stir in tomato sauce, salt and pepper.
Remove from heat.
Set aside.
Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, onions and green peppers.
Spread half of cooked noodles in a greased casserole.
Cover with entire cheese mixture.
Add remaining noodles.
Pour 2 tablespoons melted butter over noodles.
Put meat sauce on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
