Chocolate Covered Cherries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick margarine
    2 to 3 Tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. almond extract
    1 lb. box powdered sugar
    2 jars maraschino cherries, drained
    6 oz. bag milk chocolate chips
    1/2 to 2/3 bar paraffin
Preparation
    Mix the first 4 ingredients; chill. Drain cherries on paper towels. Pack chilled mixture around cherries and roll into a ball. Freeze cherries. Melt chocolate and paraffin together in a double boiler. Dip balls in chocolate. If mixture gets too soft to handle, just chill again, then dip.
