Pigs In The Blanket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium heads cabbage
    4 small cans tomato sauce
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    4 c. cooked rice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 medium diced onion
Preparation
    Cook cabbage in water until tender.
    Cut out cabbage hearts and carefully peel leaves off and set aside.
    Brown ground meat and onion and drain.
    Mix browned meat, 2 cups rice, salt, pepper and garlic.
    Place about 2 to 3 tablespoons of mixture in a cabbage leaf and wrap.
    Place in large casserole; put remaining rice and tomato sauce over top of stuffed cabbage and cover.
    Bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours in a 350\u00b0 oven.
