Microwave Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    paprika
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 pkg. dry Italian salad dressing
Preparation
    In large bowl mix together beef, bread crumbs, pepper, garlic salt, salad dressing mix, milk and egg.
    Roll the mixture into balls about 1 inch in diameter.
    Place 20 meatballs on microwave-safe tray.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Cover with wax paper.
    Microwave on High for 3 1/2 to 4 minutes until meat loses its redness, turning once.
    Continue this procedure with remaining meatballs.
    Serve with toothpicks.
    Makes about 40 meatballs.
