Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
    2 (16 oz.) cans vacuum packed sweet potatoes
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation
    About 1 hour and 10 minutes before serving:
    Prepare pie crust.
    Refrigerate.
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    In large bowl mix well the sweet potatoes with remaining ingredients.
    Spoon into pie crust.
    Bake 45 minutes or until set.
    Serve hot or cool. Makes 8 servings.
