Veggie Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. sliced mushrooms
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, diced
    2 yellow squash, sliced
    2 small zucchini, sliced
    1/2 c. margarine
    garlic salt
    1 prepared pie crust, in pie plate
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. grated Jack cheese
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 small can tomatoes
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Saute
    mushrooms,
    onion,
    green
    pepper
    and squash in margarine
    and
    garlic
    salt.
    In 14-inch Dutch oven, place an inverted tin
    or
    aluminum\tpie plate on bottom of Dutch oven. Put pie shell in second pie
    plate
    on\ttop
    of
    inverted
    pie plate. In separate bowl mix
    cheeses.
    Put
    tomatoes
    in
    pie shell. Sprinkle 1 cup of
    cheese
    mix
    over tomatoes.
    Spread vegetable mix over cheese.
    Mix
    the mayonnaise with remaining cheese and spread on the top.\tBake until golden brown with 14 coals on the top and 8 coals on the bottom.
