Shrimp Butter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. horseradish
1 Tbsp. catsup
1 can (7 oz.) tiny broken shrimp, drained
1/2 c. diced celery
Preparation

Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, horseradish and catsup.
Blend well.
Add shrimp and continue mixing.
Add celery and mix again. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve on Bagel chips or crackers.
Makes 1 cup.
