Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large potatoes
2 ribs celery
1 small onion
1/4 stick margarine
1 pt. milk
salt and pepper to taste
crackers
Preparation
-
Dice the peeled potatoes, celery and onion in small pieces. Cover with water and add margarine and salt and pepper.
Boil until vegetables are done.
Add milk and heat again.
Eat over crushed crackers or bread.
