Pork Fajitas Topping - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Boboli shell
    2 tsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. chopped scallions
    2 cloves minced garlic
    2 small assorted bell peppers (red, yellow and green), cut into 1/4-inch strips
    1 lb. center cut pork chops, boned, trimmed of all fat and sliced into 1-inch strips
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced thin
    1/2 c. dry wine
    1/8 tsp. each: dry basil, parsley and fresh ground pepper
    1/2 tsp. each: cumin, chili powder, oregano and red pepper seed
    12 oz. jar Mexican style salsa or picante sauce
    1/4 ??? each: fat-reduced shredded Cheddar and part-skim milk Mozzarella cheese
    1 Tbsp. fat-reduced Parmesan cheese
    1/8 tsp. each: dried basil and parsley
    fresh ground black pepper
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Trim Boboli shell (see recipe).
    Place in a pizza pan.
    Set aside.
