Broiled Scallops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. dry vermouth
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. chopped flat leaf parsley
    1 lb. scallops
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients (except scallops) in a bowl.
    Add scallops and marinate at least one hour.
    Remove scallops from marinade and place on foil-lined pan.
    Broil 8 to 10 minutes (4 to 5 inches from heat), turning once.
