*Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. margarine
3 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
2 c. cooked, diced chicken
4 oz. thin spaghetti, cooked
1 c. grated sharp cheese
1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation

Blend margarine and flour over medium heat until smooth.
Add salt and broth.
Cook until thick.
Add mushrooms with liquid. Mix chicken, spaghetti, cheese and sauce.
Put in oiled 2-quart casserole.
Top with crumbs and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
