Whole Wheat Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, slightly beaten
3 tsp. baking powder
4 Tbsp. cold butter
3/4 c. milk
Preparation

Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
Return any particles left in sifter to bowl.
Cut butter into dry ingredients.
Add egg and milk; mix.
Add more liquid, if needed, to pat out lightly on floured board to 1/2-inch thickness.
Cut with 2-inch biscuit cutter and place on buttered baking sheet.
