Lasagna Ii - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. lasagna noodles (no need to cook)
    1 lb. beef or Italian sausage
    4 c. spaghetti sauce
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. each salt, oregano and garlic powder
    2 c. cottage or Ricotta cheese
    3 to 4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat.
    Simmer 10 minutes with the sauce, water and seasonings.
    In a 9 x 13-inch pan, layer 1/3 sauce mixture, 1/2 noodles, 1 cup cheese and 1/3 Mozzarella.
    Repeat and end with the sauce and Mozzarella.
    Top with Parmesan.
    Cover and bake with foil at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour; let stand 10 minutes.
