Glazed Tangerine Ambrosia - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium tangerines, peeled segmented and seeded (4 cups)
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup water
1/2 cup walnut pieces
1/2 cup flaked coconut
Preparation

Place tangerine segments in a large seive over bowl; set aside. In a small sauce pan, combine sugar and water, bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve sugar.
Boil rapidly for 2 minutes.
