Fruit Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. sliced apples, pears or peaches (approximately 6 pieces of fruit)
1 c. uncooked quick oats
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. butter or margarine, melted
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Place pared, sliced fruit in 8-inch square baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients, mixing until crumbly. Sprinkle crumb mixture over apples.
Bake about 30 minutes, until fruit is tender and topping is golden.
Serve alone or with whipped cream or ice cream.
