Ingredients

1 c. oleo
2/3 c. confectioners sugar
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 2/3 c. flour
1 1/3 c. fine ground walnuts
1/4 c. heavy cream
Preparation

Cream first three ingredients; add flour and nuts.
Add cream, then knead a few times.
Chill dough in shape of log in wax paper. Let set overnight.
Slice and place on cookie sheet.
Bake about 15 minutes or until browned.
Remove; sprinkle with confectioners sugar while still hot.
Freezes very well.
